Make sure to stop by early on the weekend for their yeast-raised donuts which they keep in the back (not the front display). They are way better than the weekday donuts in the front display and run out quickly. Would be awesome if they had them throughout the week - they're the best vegan donuts you can find in the area, and you need to travel quite far to find donuts of similar quality (e.g. Johnny Doughnuts in Larkspur or Vegan Bistro Donuts & Cafe in San Jose). Also tofu scramble was back on the menu today, it was delicious!

Great expanded location. Raised donuts now available Friday through Sunday. Sit-down brunch is now served on weekends (see menu).

NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD I hate to leave a bad review but my stomach hurts. I’m sure the “steak” tacos mushrooms were bad because it smelled old with every bite that i had. I used to love Pepples Donut Farm back when they were on San Pablo, especially their vegan brunch. It was always packed on weekends, so I was excited to try the new location—but it was a huge disappointment. From the moment we walked in, the service was OFF. Two workers were at the counter but didn’t greet or acknowledge us, even after we stood there for at least 5 minutes. I had to say hi first just to be helped. The person that took my order was staring past me out the door. The other person was on their phone, scrolling. We ordered a lavender latte, but there was no menu for coffee so we didn’t know if there was syrup for flavor or the options for milk. There was an espresso machine, so I assumed they had flavor, the response was “we don’t have flavors” SO WHAT CAN I GET THEN??? … we got a regular oat latte The food was just as disappointing and upsetting. The breakfast sando was dry (no sauce, no flavor) and the chicken and waffles—which used to be my favorite—were awful. The chicken was a patty deep fr

I have always enjoyed vegan desserts and could not remember the last time I had a vegan donut. Until I passed by the Donut Farm one afternoon when they were closed. The place is set up perfectly for quick, satisfying stops. It has a walk-up counter with trays of freshly made donuts on full display with bright and blazing glazes, creative toppings, and just enough variety to make choosing difficult in the best way. The vibe is cool, almost ideal for grabbing a couple of donuts to get the weekend started or bringing a box to an early morning staff meeting. The service stood out immediately. The owner was easygoing and allowed me to take my time. I never felt rushed, which made the decision process more enjoyable. The wait paid off! I tried the salted caramel and cinnamon sugar. Both were excellent, but the cinnamon sugar stole the show. The dough was impressively light with a slight crispy fry on the outside and a moist, cakey interior. The sugar and spice were perfectly balanced, sweet without being heavy or making me feel sluggish afterward. If you’re even slightly curious about vegan donuts, this spot delivers. The cinnamon sugar is a must. I’m already planning a return visit t

Reuben breakfast sandwich here is delicious. I got the orange creamsicle donut to go with it. Everything vegan AND organic (which I didn’t know until the owner stopped by the table to talk to us). I’m gonna be coming back here for brunch way more often.
